1. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made in advance through our website or by contacting Gerry directly. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place on the tour.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Customer Cancellation: If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
   
• Company Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or safety concerns. In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
   

3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days after cancellation confirmation. No refunds are provided for no-shows or late arrivals.
